      <title>Tomas Lauko of ZenithOptimedia joins Internet CEE 2010 as a speaker</title>

      <title>Tero Taskila, Chief Commercial Officer and Board Member of airBaltic, joins Internet CEE 2010 as a speaker</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">The<strong> </strong><strong>Chief Commercial Officer and Board Member of airBaltic</strong> -<strong> Tero Taskila</strong> - has confirmed his participation as a speaker in the Internet CEE 2010 Conference. Not giving the whole game away, we are happy to lift the curtain on the subject of his speech - based on his wide knowledge and experience, Tero will present the issues regarding various ways of online brand bulding. </p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Tero Taskila has a wealth of knowledge and experience in commercial and strategic management gained from various roles in Asia, South America, Africa, Europe and Middle-East. In his current position, he is responsible for strategic and commercial aspects of airBaltic, one of the fastest growing airlines in the European Union. &nbsp;<br />&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><br />Before joining airBaltic, Tero was instrumental in developing and executing Gulf Air's commercial turnaround program and a sustainable growth strategy. His leadership as Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer helped the airline to identify unit cost savings of 8%, yield improvement of 12% and break all time revenue records with downsized and restructured network. Prior the assignment in Gulf Air, he had worked in commercial, strategic and operational issues around the globe. Tero worked in several roles for Qatar Airways, Lufthansa Group, Mexicana, Royal Brunei Airlines and Finnair, to name just a few. He has also worked for airports in strategic and commercial issues. His academic qualifications serve as a solid foundation for his work experience. He is pursuing a Doctorate in Aeronautical Engineering at London University. He also holds an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering (Air Transport Management) from the same university as well as business degree from University of Northern Colorado, USA.<br />&nbsp;<br />Tero is a frequent speaker in conferences, seminars and universities on strategic and commercial issues.&nbsp; He is a regular Lecturer at London City University (in London and Dubai) about Strategy development, Low Cost airlines and optimal business models for airlines. Tero’s lectures are regular also at Bad Honnef Fachhochschule (Private University for Masters degree in Hospitality and Air Transport Management) about Airline Planning – strategy development and implementation, Revenue Management and capacity Optimisation).       <title>The IAB and Gemius Report</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><span class="news">For all those interested in the present state of the  internet market in the CEE  			region, we would like to present the current research of IAB and  Gemius –  			the 2009 report: <strong>“Do you CEE? Interactive Overview of Central and  Eastern Europe  			Markets 2009”</strong>. 			<br /> 			<br /> 			This report, compiled by IAB and Gemius is a <strong>comprehensive  compendium of knowledge  			on the current situation of the internet in 13 states in Central and  Eastern Europe</strong>,  			i.e. Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia,  Lithuania, Poland,  			Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Ukraine. The report provides  <strong>thorough data on  			the most popular websites, portals and social networks</strong> in these  countries, obtained  			using Gemius' flagship research service, gemiusAudience. The document  also discusses the  			<strong>preferences of CEE region inhabitants concerning operating  systems, browsers and search 			 engines, as well as screen resolutions</strong>. This information, in  turn, was made available  			 thanks to gemiusTraffic, which is a site-centric research programme  developed by Gemius.  			 Furthermore, the work of Gemius and IAB brings data on the <strong>socio-demographic  profile of  			 internet users (gender, age, education, occupation and population of  locality) and on  			 some characteristics of their online activity (times and page views)</strong>.       <title>The third Internet CEE conference is coming soon!</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><span class="news">On 28 and 29 October 2008 the second international  conference concerning the  		internet in Central and Eastern Europe – entitled Internet CEE – took  place in 		 Warsaw, at Fabryka Trzciny. This event enjoyed major interest from  all those  		 interested in the development of the online market in the CEE region.  For those  		 who participated in the second Internet CEE conference and as well as  for those  		 who did not have the chance to take part in it, we have some good  news – <strong>preparations  		 are currently under way for the third such conference</strong>. This  event, like the first and 		  second conferences, will gather together key players and experts  from Central and  		  Eastern Europe. Just as during the previous conferences, the third  will also present  		  the latest internet developments, also experiences of key online  companies will be  		  compared and new business contacts will be established. 		  <br /> 		  <br /> 		  This important event will take place in May 2010 in Warsaw.
